Our list of therapy sessions
Our therapists provide a variety of therapy sessions that are selected depending on the needs of the patient. Below is the list of therapy sessions that we provide here at Click Therapies.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT has been developed over a period of 50 years and is considered to be one of the most reliable therapies for depression and anxiety as well as other stress related or physical health conditions. It is also an evidence-based therapy recommended in national treatment guidelines as well as by the world health organisation (WHO).
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a type of psychotherapy treatment. Its purpose is one that’s intended to relieve stress and other negative feelings that can be caused by traumatic memories. EMDR therapy shows that the mind can in fact heal from psychological trauma much as the body recovers from physical trauma.
Counselling & Psychotherapy
Online Counselling with Click Therapies usually consists of 6 to 12 sessions. Your online counsellor does not usually offer advice on what course of action to take, instead the counselling is about helping you to work out your own solutions in your own way, like a journey of self-discovery.
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
A course of treatment will normally last typically between 12 sessions. Additional sessions may be advised, depending on the severity of the condition.
Behavioural Activation Therapy
Group Therapies and Workshops
Click Therapies offers a range of online support groups that fulfil NICE guideline recommendations for psychoeducation and guidance for employees, family members and carers of persons with a mental health disorder.
Currently, we offer groups to corporate and NHS services to support staff well-being and NHS patient waiting lists. We have a range of groups for PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression.
Consultant Assessment and Medical Legal
Click Therapies have Consultant Psychiatrists and Clinical Psychologists with a range of clinical skills including military experience to provide a comprehensive assessment, definitive diagnosis and treatment recommendations if required in one appointment.
If treatment is required in addition this can also be provided by any of the skilled clinicians in our team. Our clinicians offer a combination of assessments and treatment as a package.
Our consultants offer a medical-legal package for those who are seeking Armed Forces Claims, accident and work related injury cases.
Click Therapies offers a range of supervision options to staff members from the NHS, charitable and secondary sectors who work with service users or vulnerable clients.
