Consultant Assessments
Click Therapies have Consultant Psychiatrists and Clinical Psychologists with a range of clinical skills including military experience to provide a comprehensive assessment, definitive diagnosis and treatment recommendations if required in one appointment.
If treatment is required in addition this can also be provided by any of the skilled clinicians in our team. Our clinical team offer a combination of assessments and treatment as a package.
What we offer?
Comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations, including diagnosis, medical legal reports, secondary opinions, and psychological formulations.
How does it work?
You, or your referring organisation would be required to provide what medical documentation you can and a proof of service if applicable. Following this an online appointment for the assessment would be provided which would then be followed by a comprehensive assessment report. You can specify who this report is sent to i.e. your GP, you or the referring organisation.
What can I expect?
You will receive an online video invite for a mental health assessment and evaluation. All clients are expected to complete a number of questionnaires prior to their session. You will be provided an email confirmation and a brief introduction on what to expect at your assessment.
Where are my records held?
Your records would be held on Click Therapies Iaptus system which is a secure medical records system. If another assessment is required in the future a data request can be applied for to resend a copy for you at any time in the future.
