We are now living in uncertain times. Countries are in lock down and people are suffering the loss of loved ones. At times like this some lose hope, they feel there is no way forward. You are not alone despite feeling alone, there is hope despite the seeming lack of any and we can get through this time of uncertainty.
Now is your opportunity to reach out to family, friends using social media, telephone and video calling too. Offer help if it is safe for you to do so. Maybe you now have time on your hands. Time that you’ve not had for a long time. Perhaps now is the time to carry out that online research project you’ve been meaning to do. Perhaps you could read that book you never seem to get around to reading. Maybe for you it is about meditation and enjoying the silence within you to reflect.
If there are financial worries, investigate those government funding schemes that have been announced. There maybe help for renters struggling to find rent payments, money for homeowners. Perhaps your employer has access to funds to help you.
There is always hope, there is always something positive that you can take from any given situation. The more you focus on negativity the more negative events seem to find you. When it is the other way around and you focus more positively guess what? Positive events are more likely to find you.
Do not lose hope and stay safe
